RV Park Rates :

Nightly Rate per Site:

$ 28.00  plus GST

Weekly Rate per Site:           

$185.00 plus GST

Summer Monthly Rate per Site:

$550.00 plus GST  (This includes all electricity.)

Winter Monthly Rate per Site:

$450.00 + electricity plus GST

Seasonal lot (May 1 to Thanksgiving)

Firewood:  

 $ 7.50 plus GST

Winter storage (Thanksgiving to April 30)

$30.00 per month based on availability (included in price for seasonal campers)

 Check-In is anytime after 2:00 P.M..  Check-Out is by 11:00 A.M. or late charges will apply.

Bed & Breakfast Rates:

Complimentary healthy continental style breakfast included.

    Check-In is between 4:00 P.M. & 6:00 P.M.  or by prior arrangements.  Thank You.

Meeting Room / Scrapbooking / Quilting Work Room Rates:

Our bright and spacious meeting room / dining room is suitable for up to ten scrapbookers or quilters, or up to 20 meeting attendees boardroom style. Rental rates vary depending on the number of guests, length of rental and purpose.

Cabin Rates:

Rate is $99.00 per night plus taxes, based on double occupancy.

• Children 10 and under are free if sharing the same cabin with an adult.
  
• Each additional person is $30.00 plus taxes per night.

Weekly Rate is $600.00

Monthly rate is negotiable. Remember, our cabins are OPEN YEAR-ROUND.

Cancellation Policy

For individual reservations (not part of a group), we require 7 days cancellation notice, or we charge one night accommodation fee.  If reservation is booked within 7 days, it is a Firm Booking and you will be charged for one night.

For individuals who are part of a group reservation, we require 30 days cancellation notice, or we charge for all nights reserved.  If booked within 30 days, it is a Firm Booking and you will be charged for all nights reserved.

FOR ALL RESERVATIONS over long weekends, we require 30 days cancellation notice.  Thirty days prior to your arrival, we will process your credit card for the full amount of your stay.  No refunds thereafter.  For long weekend reservations booked within 30 days, we will process your credit card for the full amount of your stay, at the time of reserving.

No refunds for No Shows.
